Jeffrey Campbell Collection

Here's a look at my current collection of Jeffrey Campbell shoes. I'm obsessed, clearly. And if it weren't for eBayI wouldn't have been able to afford any of these. I love finding the shoe I've been obsessing over, hunting it down, and scoring it for well below it's original retail price. All of my Jeffrey Campbells are so similar, and yet, I love all of them for different reasons.

What are some of your favorite shoes? Favorite shoe labels? Leave a comment below and let me know!

Sailor-Girl

Okay, so I may be mildly obsessed with all things Nautical. I have no shame in that. It's been a love of mine for so long, and I don't see it going away any time soon. It's classic, but still fun, so for me, it's ideal. I found this top the other day in an Antique store in Oldtown Orange. So excited that it not only fit, but was in great shape given its age. I'll probably wear it too much in the coming months, but with how hot it's about to get, I'd say it'll be just fine.

Thanks once again to everyone following me on Bloglovin', I can't believe how much the blog has grown lately! So many views and wonderful comments from readers. Seriously, keep 'em coming, I love reading all of your thoughts! And if you aren't already, you too can follow me on Bloglovin here!

Hedgehogs and Denim

Some days things go amazingly. Everything is perfect and the stars align. Friday was not that day. I got a flat tire on my car, had to be towed all the way from Los Angeles to Orange County, and spent over $140 to get it fixed. But aside from all of that, something about the day was actually pretty comical and fun. I was with a group of my friends so we had a picnic waiting for the tow-truck driver to get there. One of the perks of breaking down next to a park. And we grabbed a drink at a dive-bar across the street from the repair shop, making the best of a bummer situation. Other than the price of the tire, having them around made it a surprisingly awesome day. That's what friends are for.

Anyway, this is what I was wearing during all of that. A sweater with some hedgehog lovin' (found it for $10 at Urban Outfitters, yay!), my American Apparel denim skirt, and some opaque tights. Hope you all had a good memorial day weekend!

Bed of Roses

I really am becoming a fan of taking outfit post photos outside. There are a lot more variables, and the time of day in which you can shoot is tricky (especially if you squint in the sun as much as I do), but overall I like the results. Yes, there is more chance for hiccups and weird backgrounds, but I love that. You never know what you'll get.

For instance when I went to take these photos in a massive Rose Garden outside of the Natural History Museum, I intended to use a gazebo I saw in the distance. No such luck, it was occupied by some happy people who I'm sure didn't want a blogger crowding them out. Fortunately my boyfriend located some shade in the distance and we snapped these. I don't know how I'd take my photos without him.

Pedal to the Metal

I was inspired by a few of my favorite blogs (A Beautiful Mess and Calivintage) to show you a little of what I wear while riding my bike around town. And while I only pedal around a little bit - to the store and friend's houses - I like to be comfortable. So some cut-off shorts, flats, and an easy tee are perfect! By the way, fun fact: My vintage Free-Spirit bike belonged to my grandma in the late 70's. As far as I know she only rode it twice before storing it in a garage for over 30 years. And now, after some fixing up, it is my pride and joy.
